1. Acceptance
By using XoomAI (the website builder at xoomai.com and any generated codebases), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
XoomAI accepts plain-English prompts and produces React + FastAPI codebases. You can download, modify, and deploy the generated code freely.
3. Your account
You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Don't share them. Tell us at security@xoomai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Ownership of generated code
You own the code XoomAI generates for you. Each generation is licensed to you under MIT-style terms (no royalties, no restrictions on commercial use). XoomAI retains no rights to your generated apps.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use XoomAI to build:
- Anything illegal where you operate
- Sites that infringe on third-party copyright / trademarks
- Phishing pages, scams, or malware delivery
- Hate speech, harassment, or CSAM
- Anything designed to abuse the XoomAI API itself (rate-limit evasion, etc.)
We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
6. Beta program
XoomAI is currently in public beta. The service is provided as-is. Features may change. Free during beta — no commitment.
7. Paid plans (post-beta)
Pro and Studio plans will be available after beta. Pricing is on the pricing page. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — your generated sites keep running.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no SLA promises during beta. See /status for current health. Studio plans get higher SLAs once that plan launches.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that generated code is free of bugs or fit for every purpose. Test in your environment before deploying to production.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XoomAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You can stop using XoomAI any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms (we'll notify you when possible). Your generated code remains yours.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the XoomAI entity is registered (currently India). Disputes will be resolved in those courts.
13. Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and announced in the changelog.
